The hotel was great value for money, especially considering the proximity to the Brimfield Antiques Flea Market. We were pleased with the prices and impressed by the attention to detail. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to a variety of very good restaurants.

The room was dirty, disgusting stains on the carpet, the bathroom light over vanity didn't work. It was a non smoking room but you had to walk down the longest hall of smoking rooms to get to it which stunk to high heaven. Apparently this room was not one of the renovated rooms that the sign described.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. They were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also perfect for us. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. the hotel offered free parking, which was a huge plus for us.

The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par. We found the rooms to be dirty and in need of a thorough cleaning.

Asked for a non-smoking room and got a room that smelled of stale cigarettes. Even burn holes in the carpet. Was told it had been a smoking room and was changed to a non-smoking room. My clothes smelled like the room when I got home two days later. Ew.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center and close to key attractions. the room amenities were great, including a working refrigerator and a microwave. the staff was cooperative and attended to our needs promptly.

The hotel was in a dire need of refurbishment. the room was old and rundown with peeling wallpaper and a dirty bathtub.

Was not informed of on going water/pressure issues. Booked.net may want to add some type of an evaluation to the hotels. We had no shower.

Place smelt bad. Stains on bed stains on floor stains on wall cigarette burns on tub. Hole on inside of bathroom door no water pressure in tub in the morning.old receipts under blankets indicating sheets were not changed out.alson stains ont the sheets. Whould not recommend to anyone.

I had a great stay at this hotel! Firstly, the staff was amazing - Shatika at the front desk was so kind and professional, and the night manager, Ronald, helped fulfill a special request. Secondly, the room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed, including a fridge and microwave. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect for me as it was right next to a shopping center and close to the event I was attending.

The shower rod was broken.. mold on the ceiling. Bathroom floor tile was in complete. Bed uncomfortable. I had to fight the bedroom curtain to close all the way. .

Additionally, this hotel is conveniently located next to the Mass turnpike, making it easy to access and navigate the Springfield area.

The shower did not work in the morning, appeared to be low water pressure. Unable to shower. Told staff and they did not appear to care
